Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using NateBJones ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. The Platform is an invite-only service; your access is contingent on receiving and accepting a valid invitation.

Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
• Access is granted through invitation only. Sharing or transferring your invite is prohibited.
• You must provide accurate information during signup and keep your profile up to date.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. NateBJones uses passwordless authentication via magic links. Do not share your magic links with others. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Acceptable Use

• Provide truthful and accurate information in your profile and job postings.
• Do not use the Platform to spam, harass, or discriminate against other users.
• Do not attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Platform's operation.
• Do not misrepresent your identity, qualifications, or affiliation.
• Respect the confidentiality of other users' information shared through introductions.

AI-Generated Content

The Platform uses AI (Claude by Anthropic) to score talent profiles and generate job descriptions. AI-generated scores and content are advisory and subject to human review. AI scores may be overridden by administrators. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated assessments.

Introductions

NateBJones facilitates introductions between hirers and talent. We are not a party to any employment, contracting, or business relationship that results from these introductions. All hiring decisions, compensation negotiations, and work arrangements are between the parties involved.

Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, misuse the Platform, or remain inactive for extended periods. Upon termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

NateBJones is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to access the Platform (if any).

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification.
